  • Our products are classified according to strict appearance standards;
  • Our efficiency sorting consists of two steps:

    1、First, we divide by efficiency;

    2、Secondly, in the same gear position, we will make a second binning according to the working current; the narrow working current binning ensures the uniformity of the battery's electrical properties and avoids the mismatch problem with the components;

  • Through the full inspection of the resistance, the hot spot effect of the component product is reduced, and a good weak light response can be obtained at the same time;
  • Our calibration sheet comes from the ISE lab, and we perform rigorous GRR testing on the inspection system, which ensures the accuracy of our efficiency.
  • In order to further ensure the stability and dependability of the products, we produce a continuous system quality improvement management system and a strict data control system on site.
